Our Network Engineers focus on providing technical design, assembly, installation and troubleshooting of network systems to our clients. In this challenging high level position a network engineer works closely with other team members to develop new processes and implement new projects. Motivation, initiative, tenacity, interpersonal abilities and a strong sense of customer satisfaction are key to this position.
- Analyze client needs and design network systems to achieve their business goals.
- Assemble, install and configure network related hardware/software.
- Troubleshoot routine and complex problems in both hardware and software systems.
- Provide detailed information on work performed for billing purposes.
- Attend vendor training events and forward technology briefs that demonstrate added value to company executives.
- Develop and maintain a strong technical expertise through research of existing and emerging technologies and test these ideas in the R&D lab to determine viability and reliability.
- Participate in product/service development meetings and draft related implementation plans.
- Assist Account Executives with technically oriented sales calls.
- Contribute to the design of technical material to be used in sales presentations and proposals.
